Celebrating the World Migratory Bird Day with youths and students from the communities

On the 10th of May 2016, Eden celebrated the World Migratory Bird Day with 23 students from Sakai Destiny Secondary School and Nazareth Model Christian Academy and five youths from Gura Topp community. Participants watched a film on migration in birds and they were taught on bird migration and the different bird species involved in migration. They went out for bird watching and they were able to sight the Squacco heron (a Palearctic migrant) which was one of the birds for the day.
