Conservation Clubs Activity: BUKEN Academy
14th June 2019
The conservation club members of Buken Academy, Jos Plateau State were engaged in setting up their school nursery.
Seeds of trees like mango, pear, silk cotton tree, pawpaw and passion fruits were bagged.
Dressed in their sporty but colourful attire, they lit up the day with their enthusiastic involvement. Their willingness to nurture these bagged seeds as the sprout to be transplanted in their school premises is encouraging.
This is the hope in conservation, especially when working in and with a community that is open to change and sustainable ways to live.
